Clients who transitioned from TD to Charles Schwab in 2023 will need to reestablish their paperless preference.
To keep those same preferences at Schwab, clients must create their Schwab Alliance login credentials before March 27, 2024.
Fortunately, creating credentials is as easy as logging in to Schwab Alliance. Once logged in for the first time, settings from TD will automatically roll over.
